Self
The concept of the Self has been explained in many ways, each varying according to philosophy, theory, or the etymology of the word itself. However, they all share a common foundation: the Self refers to the wholeness of being, including self-awareness, our relationship with the world, others, and the connection to the deepest and most essential part of ourselves. It is seen as the most authentic and true aspect of each individual.
It is what remains when we remove the ego, superficial identity, and the perceptions attributed to us. The deepest and most genuine dimension that expresses our true essence—beyond the psychological, physical, or conscious.
Your own essence, the one that allows you to heal, create, exist, and simply be.
Self Method
The Origin of Self
The idea of "Self" arises from the search of our true essence—something always present within us, though not always fully realized. From an early age, I knew my purpose in this life was to help others; I just needed to understand how.
With a deep sensitivity to spirituality and expanded consciousness since birth, I had to navigate the deconstruction of inherited beliefs to reach true self-acceptance. My journey led me to explore various healing methods—psychological, physical, and ultimately quantum—while always keeping present the understanding of energy, spirit, and the Self as a whole.
Through this path, I discovered that my role is to guide others toward what they seek, even when they cannot yet define it—whether it be health, abundance, love, peace, or the deepest expression of their soul. This guidance is shaped by years of study, practice, lived experience, and above all, by my connection with my own essence.
This is how the concept of “Self” emerged—an evolving framework for accessing all that we seek. A path that continues to grow, waiting to be shared with future generations, just as it was once shared with me.
The essence—your Self. That is the destination. From that quantum space where you can unlock your full potential for creation, healing, connection, or whatever your being longs to express in this moment. The guide is simply a companion, offering support, preparation, and integration for all that arises from the Self.
Self Approach
Shifting away from the dominant pathologizing perspective, this method focuses on the growth of our Self. Healing happens naturally, in whatever way it is needed—whether on a physical, conscious, unconscious, karmic, or spiritual level. Regardless of the viewpoint, the focus is on our growth and evolution as beings.
By approaching healing from this perspective, there is no longer a need to “fix something specific to be well,” to see “achievements as the key to happiness,” or to frame “trauma as an obstacle to progress.” Instead, we go directly to the source of everything—the source of existence, our essence, our Self—and listen to what it is trying to express so that we may grow.
There are countless approaches, theories, and methods to attune ourselves to what the Self is trying to communicate. Each seeks the evolution of being through its own model. This method focuses on discovering that connection through expanded states of consciousness—those that allow us to broaden our perception and truly listen to ourselves. These states can be reached in different ways depending on the individual. For some, meditation is enough; for others, introspection, intense exercise, fasting, psychedelics, or any other effective means may be necessary.
This method is centered on identifying what each person needs to express their Self and facilitating that connection with their inner being. It creates a dedicated space designed solely for this purpose, with a guide to accompany the experience and process. Regardless of the discomfort—whether it be family issues, relationship struggles, depression, anxiety, trauma, or any other challenge—the Self method addresses vast aspects of life by working from the essence. This allows each person to find the resolution they need at the right moment.
At its core, love and acceptance prevail. Everything that arises is embraced with love, the foundation of all creation.
Applications
Anxiety, Stress, and Depression
When the mind clings to fear, uncertainty, or sadness, this approach seeks to release, express, and uncover the root of the distress, allowing space for clarity and peace to emerge.
Spiritual or Existential Crises
When everything seems to lose meaning, reconnecting with our essence reminds us who we are beyond our perceived identity, returning us to the source of our own existence and purpose.
Emotional Blockages and Trauma
Rather than reliving past experiences, this method guides integration through acceptance and love, transforming and releasing the weight of what has been carried.
Psychosomatic Conditions and Physical Ailments
By addressing discomfort from a holistic perspective, we can recognize the message behind the symptom and release the stagnant energy that manifests as physical distress.
Challenges in Relationships and Identity
As we align with our true nature, the way we connect with others shifts, fostering more authentic and conscious relationships with ourselves and those around us. Our essence is also the essence of everything and everyone.
Sleep Disorders, Chronic Fatigue, and Stagnation
When the natural flow of being is obstructed, this helps restore vitality, inspiration, and the ability to fully exist in the present moment.
Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapy
Informational only*
Psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy guides individuals into expanded states of consciousness to facilitate a deep healing process. In a controlled and safe environment, these therapies provide access to transformative experiences of introspection and self-awareness.
The substances used in this approach, which many of them originate from ancestral and shamanic traditions, have been misunderstood in the past. However, recent scientific studies have shown their low neurotoxicity and high effectiveness when used in a supervised therapeutic context. Approved in several regions worldwide, these substances have proven effective in treating conditions such as PTSD, treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, and addictions.
-
Psychedelic-assisted therapies promote neuroplasticity, enhance neural connections, and increase the release of neurotransmitters like serotonin, improving mood and empathy. They are effective in treating disorders like depression, PTSD, anxiety, and addiction. Additionally, they allow for deep introspection and emotional healing, helping break negative patterns and facilitating greater self-awareness. Proper guidance is essential to ensure safety and maximize therapeutic benefits.

In a therapeutic context, it is a structured and safe process designed for personal growth and the healing of your Self. You will be accompanied throughout the journey by a trained professional who provides a space of trust and security.
The experience allows you to access expanded states of consciousness, enabling a profound exploration of the Self, your inner world, and your essence. From a psychological perspective, this facilitates the release of emotions, the discovery of new perspectives, and greater clarity.
Each process and experience is entirely unique and special. Prior to the experience, proper preparation is conducted, followed by post-experience integration to ensure the insights gained are effectively incorporated into your life.

It varies depending on the location and the substance. In countries such as the United States, Canada, Australia, and Switzerland, substances like psilocybin, MDMA, and ketamine have been approved for specific medical and therapeutic contexts, while in others they are still considered restricted. However, increasing scientific research has demonstrated their effectiveness in treating various conditions, highlighting their ability to promote neuroplasticity and facilitate profound transformations in controlled settings. An appropriate approach is based on providing a safe space, guided by trained professionals, and integrating best practices supported by science.

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) is a therapeutic approach that combines the administration of ketamine with psychotherapy. Ketamine is a widely recognized and safe anesthetic that has gained attention for its potential to treat mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, and PTSD when used at sub-anesthetic doses. Within a controlled and supportive environment, ketamine can induce expanded states of consciousness, enabling individuals to access deeper emotional insights and perspectives that may not be easily reachable in standard therapeutic settings.
Concepts of the "Self"
Taoism
In Taoism, the Self is seen as an integral part of the natural flow of life, connected to the Tao, or the universal principle that governs all things. It emphasizes living in harmony with one's true nature and the universe, understanding that the Self is not separate, but an expression of the greater whole. The focus is on letting go of the ego and aligning with the natural flow of existence to reach inner peace and balance.
Contemporary Psychology (IFS)
In the Internal Family Systems model (Richard Schwartz), the Self is viewed as the central essence of a person, embodying qualities such as calm, compassion, and clarity. This approach suggests that the psyche consists of parts or subpersonalities, with the Self serving as an internal leader who harmonizes these different aspects.
Carl Jung
Carl Jung introduced the concept of the Self as the central archetype of the psyche, representing the totality of both the conscious and unconscious mind. For Jung, the Self is the regulating core of the psyche, guiding the process of individuation by integrating all aspects of the self.
